Lana set up the company in 2017 after working for a broker who ceased trading. The company started with Lana working alone and has grown to a strong team to ensure we can always meet our clients needs.

Lana has 22 years experience in the mortgage and finance field after starting her career as data capture clerk for Abbey National she quickly moved through the ranks helping launch the first internet based application platform for the lender. Following this she sat her National Lending Authority exams to become an underwriter later followed with her CeMAP CeFA and CeRER exams to become an advisor Her work history includes Abbey National, Lloyds Bank, Estate Agency and Mortgage Packagers bringing a wealth of experience into the business

Outside of work Lana is a married mother of 3 girls. She has 3 dogs, 3 cats and a lizard to complete her home Lana’s husband works closely with the business and runs A2B removals offering our clients help in every area of their house purchases and mortgage requirements. In any spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends along with travelling when possible.

Angela Sitch joined A2B Financial services in September 2021, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and skills from her 33 years of working on customer services within the Lloyds banking Group.

She was made redundant at the end of 2020 and, after a mini break from the financial world working for Asda picking for online shoppers, the opportunity presented itself to move to A2B Financial Services as an administrator and later office manager.

Being a mother of 2 young men, a lot of her spare time is spent with them going on long treks, watching Formula One, and enjoying the latest Marvel production in the cinema or on television at home. She has also recently taken up yoga and is attempting to learn Japanese.

Steven Cooper has been in the financial services industry since 2003 Steven has been able to shape the way that this business has been designed and is very much hands-on when it comes to supporting his team at a structural level.

His career started as a mere 16-year-old working as a Life Insurance agent originally before a stint of travelling the world. Upon his return, he chose to head into the financial services sector. Having worked for a corporate-style brokerage for over 10 years he then found a job with an extremely well-respected brokerage called A2B Financial Services.

He has been instrumental in the development and support of A2B Financial services and took the leap of faith to support a different way of doing things, supporting the brand as well as being a huge advocate of the brand’s values.

Steven is a father of one child and one dog and although played a lot of Rugby in his younger years he can be found on the golf course or the lakes doing specimen carp fishing.

My name is Michael. I have always had an interest in property and dealing with people. I have a BA Honours in Architecture & Interior Design and after university stepped into estate agency for 4  years. I developed my understanding of the full process in buying a property gaining a key understanding of the types of properties and the process from start to finish. After working my way up to sales manager, I decided to make the move to mortgages taking my previous knowledge and experience to help further my career.
